Where do you deliver?

We aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If Royal Mail will take it, we'll send it.

How much does delivery cost?

This depends on where you live and how quickly you want your order. We try to keep the prices down as much as possible and use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

UK: (1-2 working days) £3.95 Flat Rate
Europe: (7-10 working days) Starts at £5.95
Rest of the World: (7-14 working days) Starts at £7.95

Please ensure you choose the correct delivery option for your chosen delivery address. If you don't, and you pay too little, we'll have to contact you for additonal payment and this will inevitably delay your order. If you pay too much, we'll refund the difference to you automatically.

How long will delivery take?

Our timescales above are based on Royal Mail's published delivery times. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders the same day when the order is placed before 1pm Monday -Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

We’d love to say yes, but sadly that can't always be true. Sometimes events beyond our control (Postal strikes or Christmas delays) prevent this from happening, and very occasionally (but hardly ever!) we may inadvertently delay your order ourselves. If we know your delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you straight away to let you know, apologise, and see whether you still want us to send the order.

What if my order does not arrive?

Please let us know if your order has not arrived within 15 days of the date we notify you of dispatch (UK standard orders) or Next Day for Special Delivery. After this time we can place a claim for a lost item with Royal Mail, and can resend or refund your order. Before this we can only send a replacement item if you make payment again. We will then refund your original order once the required time has elapsed.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items when you have provided an incorrect address at the time of order.

What about bespoke and personalised orders?

Special orders, where you have used our Design Your Own service, or requested embroidery, may take up to 28 days for delivery. This is because these items are made from scratch to order. We are usually able to send bespoke orders out much earlier than this but cannot guarantee it.

When will I receive the Out Of Stock item I have ordered?

We try to keep all our ranges in stock, but occasionally, unexpectedly high demand means that we run out of a size or colour. We ensure that this information is clearly visible within each product description, together with an anticipated dispatch date. You can still order when an item is Out of Stock, and we will send it as our top priority as soon as we can. This should take no longer than a maximum of 28 days.

What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?

No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. Each order can, however, only be sent to a single address. If you would like items sent to two or more different addresses, you will have to place separate orders for each address.

What if I’m not in when you make a delivery?

No problem. Your friendly postman will leave a card to say he tried to deliver, and to let you know where you can collect your parcel from. Standard items will be kept at your local sorting office for 3 weeks before being returned to us if you don't collect them. Special Delivery items are only kept for a week.

Can I have free postage on my order?

From time to time we do offer free postage to selected customers, and when you refer a friend, they are entitled to free postage on their first order with us. But if we offered free postage all the time to everyone, we'd just have to increase our other prices, so unfortunately the answer is usually 'No'.
